3 Ingredients /Almond & Chia Cookies
ooooooooooooo em geee! Yeah people, this is it! Only three ingredients magic! This recipe was inspired by THEBIGMANSWORLD.
Starting the new year off with one of my favorites! I can guarantee you will fall in love as people have told me to put it on my blog since it was one of the easiest and greatest cookies ever!! I remember bringing these cookies to camp and having to share them to each and everyone of my friends. You see how loved these babies were?
Don't you like simple recipes that you know by heart since they're just too good? I bet you do, every body does. This three ingredients heaven is totally recommended by me and multiple other people. Why, you ask? I have brought those goods at friends' house, for them to realize how awesome they were.
The almond butter makes it sticky but smooth in the inside. I tell you, you can use whatever nut butter you like, for this recipe. Cashew butter, Almond butter, Peanut butter, you name it! It's incredible! **Make the recipe nut free? Easy! Switch the nut butter up with Sunflower Seed Butter. Cool, right?
I've done this recipe countless times. For dessert, as a snack, or to fill up my belly. Trust me, your body will shine and glitter all over after biting into those cookies. SHINE BABY, SHINE!! Music in your ears, the whole thing, you'll feel it! ;)))
The chia seeds makes the cookie crunchy, it's beautiful and delicious.
So, I'll stop blabbing on, bla, bla, bla, I know, and leave you with a mind-blowing recipe!! Without further ado, here it is, heaven in a cookie!
MAKES ABOUT 16 COOKIES
INGREDIENTS: Yep, Only 3 ;))
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2/4 cup organic sugar
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium size bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
- Form balls either with your hands or with an ice cream spoon. It should make about 16 cookies. You can press on them lightly with a fork but be careful ; ***DO NOT flatten them, or they will end up thin and will break easily.
- Afterwards, put in the oven for about 15 minutes or until firm and/or if a fork goes inside and out, cleanly.
- Enjoy and try to keep some for your family!! ;)))
